The grinding accuracy on the machine is guaranteed & all controls of the machines are within easy reach of the operator. The machine is built of heavy duty casting which supports the sadle & colum of the vertical feed mechanism. The grinding wheelspindle is mounted on preloaded grease packed super precision angular contact anti-friction bearings, ensuring trouble mounted motor ( To eliminate any vibration) through flexible couplings.

The wheel head assembly is mounted on a heavy column enclosed guide ways with cover to keep them dust free. The carriage is perfectly hand scraped and matched guide ways provided to achieve maximum accuracy and surface finish. The machines are low on maintenance, reliable over extended period of time & at the same times very effective & efficient. These are backed by prompt after sales service & spare parts.

We manufacture Surface Grinders incorporating modern techniques and highly sophisticated technical features. The grinding accuracy on the machine is guaranteed and all controls of the machines are within the easy reach of the operator. The machine is built of heavy duty cast iron which further ensures absolutely vibration-free service and every care has been taken to fabricate each and every part incorporated in the machine precisely so as to enable the machine to achieve its maximum accuracy, which is invariably expected from a grinding machine.
